It is an important part of the ultrasonic testing system of the cast-in-place pile, and its embedded way in the pile and its layout on the cross section of the pile will directly affect the testing results. Therefore, the layout and buried way of acoustic measuring pipe should be marked in the drawing during the design of the pile to be tested, and the quality of buried pipe should be strictly controlled during the construction to ensure the smooth progress of the test work.

1. The established testing scheme shall not be changed in principle.
2, "through the pipe" : when the acoustic tube is blocked, the construction unit should take effective measures to "through the pipe", can use the following three methods:
(1) with thick and long steel bar through the test tube;
② Flush the pigging pipe with high pressure water;
(3) The use of drilling with a small bit to sweep holes.
3. When the "through pipe" cannot be achieved, the following principles shall be applied:
(1) When it is the first pile of a bridge, core pulling test must be carried out.
(2) When it is not the first pile of a bridge, the construction unit shall fill in the Application Form for Change of Detection Method according to the format of Attached Table 1, and implement it after it is signed and approved by the supervisor, the owner's representative and the person in charge of supervision.
(3) If the pipe blocking problem occurs many times in a bridge, core pulling detection should be carried out timely.
4. The increased testing cost shall be borne by the construction unit.
5. The supervision shall require the construction unit to inspect the acoustic measurement pipe before applying for testing; When the detection scheme needs to be changed, relevant procedures should be improved in advance to avoid the smooth progress of construction affected by acoustic pipe detection problems.
